Warehouses run on two systems at once: the lighting that keeps the floor safe, and the power distribution that feeds chargers, conveyors, equipment and office areas inside the shell. We work on both, across Richardson and the North Dallas corridor.
Most of our warehouse work happens in operating buildings. Aisles stay live, docks keep receiving, and the electrical work is planned around lift schedules, racking layouts and the times when losing a circuit is acceptable.

Power distribution and service work
Panels, transformers, disconnects and feeders are the least-documented part of most warehouses. We handle replacement and repair, disconnect additions for new equipment, and troubleshooting — partial power, tripping mains, heat at terminations — with thermal imaging under load to find problems before they find you.

Access means lifts, and lifts mean coordination: which aisles can be blocked, when racks can be approached, and how work is staged so receiving and shipping keep moving. Larger scopes are phased so no area is dark longer than agreed.
