Who We Serve

Electrical for warehouses & distribution facilities

Commercial electrician for warehouses and distribution facilities in Richardson and North Dallas — high-bay lighting, power distribution and service work in buildings that stay operating.

Warehouses run on two systems at once: the lighting that keeps the floor safe, and the power distribution that feeds chargers, conveyors, equipment and office areas inside the shell. We work on both, across Richardson and the North Dallas corridor.

Most of our warehouse work happens in operating buildings. Aisles stay live, docks keep receiving, and the electrical work is planned around lift schedules, racking layouts and the times when losing a circuit is acceptable.

Lighting: high-bay, low-bay and site

We take light-level readings and lay out LED high-bay and low-bay retrofits sized to the space — open floor, aisles, pick areas and dock aprons are not the same problem. Site and parking-lot lighting is diagnosed as circuits and controls, not just lamp swaps.

  • LED high-bay and low-bay retrofits with light-level readings
  • Aisle, pick-area and dock lighting layouts
  • Pole lights, wall packs and site lighting repair
  • Photocell, time-clock and motion controls

Power distribution and service work

Panels, transformers, disconnects and feeders are the least-documented part of most warehouses. We handle replacement and repair, disconnect additions for new equipment, and troubleshooting — partial power, tripping mains, heat at terminations — with thermal imaging under load to find problems before they find you.

  • Panel, transformer and disconnect work
  • Service and feeder troubleshooting and repair
  • Thermal imaging surveys under load
  • Equipment feeds, dedicated circuits and EV charging infrastructure

Working in an operating facility

Access means lifts, and lifts mean coordination: which aisles can be blocked, when racks can be approached, and how work is staged so receiving and shipping keep moving. Larger scopes are phased so no area is dark longer than agreed.

  • Lift and aisle-access planning with operations
  • Phased work that keeps the floor running
  • Agreed outage windows for panel and service work
  • Existing-condition reviews and code corrections
