Commercial conduit, raceway & electrical infrastructure

Commercial and industrial conduit, raceway and electrical infrastructure in Richardson and North Dallas — EMT, rigid and PVC pathways, underground conduit, and power infrastructure for GCs and specialty trades.

Every low-voltage, fire alarm, security, controls and mechanical system in a commercial building rides on pathways someone had to install first. We build that layer: EMT, rigid and IMC where the environment calls for it, PVC underground, flexible equipment connections, surface and concealed raceway, sleeves and pull boxes — installed so the trade that follows can pull, terminate and certify their system.

The calls come from general contractors, specialty subcontractors, facility teams and equipment vendors who need pathways and power infrastructure their scope depends on. We work from drawings where they exist and from field layout where they don't, and we say plainly where our scope ends and theirs begins.

Raceway systems and installation methods

The method follows the environment: EMT for most interior work, rigid or IMC where physical protection is needed, PVC for underground and corrosive locations, and flexible or liquidtight connections at equipment that moves or needs service access. Supporting pieces matter as much as the conduit — sleeves, correctly sized pull boxes, pull strings left in place, and penetrations through rated assemblies coordinated with firestopping requirements.

Not every job is new construction; we also repair damaged raceway, extend existing systems and retrofit pathways through occupied buildings where surface raceway has to look like it belongs.

  • EMT, rigid/IMC, PVC and flexible raceway systems
  • Surface, concealed and underground installations
  • Sleeves, boxes, and junction and pull boxes
  • Repair, replacement and extension of existing systems
  • Retrofit pathways in occupied buildings

Exposed workmanship and underground infrastructure

Warehouses, plants and open-ceiling retail put the conduit on display: consistent bend radii, aligned supports and offsets that clear structure without looking improvised, routed clear of racking and equipment service zones. Where work follows drawings, field layout is verified against actual conditions before conduit is run.

Underground and site pathways serve loads outside the building — site lighting, signage, EV charging and building-to-building feeds — with locate coordination before digging and restoration handled by the appropriate trades. Spare raceways and pull strings cost little while a trench is open and a great deal after it's closed.

  • Planned layouts with consistent bends and parallel runs
  • Coordination with structure, ductwork and piping
  • Underground conduit and duct bank installation
  • Utility locate and trench coordination with site trades
  • Spare raceways and pull strings for future capacity

Drawings, coordination and trade boundaries

Project work starts from drawings and specifications: field layout against actual conditions, routing coordination with other trades, clash avoidance before conduit is run, and shutdown or access planning where the building stays occupied. Where our scope includes them, we also provide the electrical provisions the pathway supports — dedicated circuits, feeds, disconnects and grounding.

The trade boundary is worth stating plainly: we provide the electrical raceway, boxes, grounding and power infrastructure. The low-voltage, fire alarm, controls or specialty contractor remains responsible for their system design, cabling, programming and certification unless separately included in scope.

  • Installation from drawings and specifications
  • Field layout, routing and clash coordination
  • Dedicated circuits and grounding provisions where in scope
  • Written scope boundaries with low-voltage and specialty trades
