Commercial charging projects fail on capacity, not hardware. Before station selection matters at all, we look at the existing service, metering arrangement, measured demand and spare capacity in the panel or switchgear that would feed the stations.
We install owner-supplied hardware as readily as units we source, and we're clear about the division of responsibility: we handle the electrical installation, mounting and testing; network setup, payment configuration and ongoing software belong to the station platform and the owner's account. Charging speed depends on hardware and vehicle, and utility rebate programs change — we don't promise on either.
Service capacity and load management
Chargers are continuous loads, and several add up quickly. We evaluate the existing service size, review demand data or take measurements, and calculate what the property can support with stations running together. When capacity is tight, options short of a service upgrade include load management sharing capacity across ports, scheduled off-peak charging, or a dedicated panel arranged for phased expansion — each with trade-offs we lay out plainly.

Site layout, trenching and installation
The physical installation is largely site work: raceway routed around existing utilities and pavement by trench, bore or surface mount, depending on what the lot allows. Station mounting — pedestal, wall or overhead — needs protection: bollards, adequate clearance and cord management that keeps cables off drive aisles. We install to the manufacturer's mounting instructions and restore paving, curb and landscape areas we disturb.

Commissioning and future expansion
At energization we verify voltage and phase, confirm protection and grounding, and check basic charging operation — network activation, payment and software configuration stay with the platform provider. Expansion is worth designing in even for a small first phase: oversized raceway and spare panel capacity turn phase two into a short job. Fleets care about overnight throughput; multi-tenant properties care about equitable access and cost allocation — we build the arrangement around the one you actually have.
