Rough-in, trim and finals follow the project schedule, coordinated with other trades and staged for inspection.

Demolition, make-safe and closeout
On renovation work we trace existing circuits, identify what is live, abandoned or shared with occupied areas, and make the work zone safe before demolition starts, with a written record of what was removed and what remains. Closeout is part of the scope: accurate panel schedules, complete labeling, and as-built markups that reflect what was actually installed.

Staffing and how to reach us
Flip the Switch Electric is currently owner-led. For projects requiring additional field manpower, staffing is planned to the approved scope and schedule through established Dallas IEC and contractor relationships. Benjamin remains directly involved in estimating, coordination and quality on every job we take on.
